The tutor has played a key role in the development of the department. “Our tutors were really friendly and helpful in completing our assignment tasks. They always found time for us and explained the tasks, requirements and additional information about the Higher National Diploma course. Also, it was interesting to listen to their experiences and opinions on their professions. Their advice I found was very remarkable and I appreciated that they was very patient with us regarding our ‘very beginner’ level of knowledge and skills.â€
