Student Support

 

There is a dedicated Remote Learning Group (RLG) Student Support channel to answer students’ queries and/or to provide support to all students. Students are welcome to get in touch with RLG Student Services to discuss about any matters at: studentservices@remotelearninggroup.com


You are strongly advised to inform your Tutor and Student Services as soon as possible of any issues that might have implications for your well-being, welfare, and/or academic work, particularly with respect to engagement and completion/submission of assignments.


RLG Tutors send out Progress Reports for each student every 6-12 weeks, with any students at risk of not achieving receiving additional 1:1 support, if required.


The RLGs Student Support channel offers a range of online assistance that includes:
