The Board of Governance is the senior decision-making body of the Remote Learning Group that comprises members from a range of backgrounds, drawn from our global network of Higher Education (H.E) professionals, digital artists, designers, creative entrepreneurs and eCommerce businesses that the Remote Learning Group (RLG) works with and is affiliated to; giving consideration to and making decisions upon all matters of strategic significance to the business’s operations.
The Board of Governance fulfils the highest professional standards of corporate governance at all times and ensures that it is fulfilling its duties in line with the Office for Students (OfS) regulations and the 2017 Higher Education and Research (HERA) Act.
